Week 4 - The rest

I used the orient constrain for the door, trunk and bonnet.






For the window we need to set driven key. Attribute Editor→RMB on the Translate → Set Driven Key...


Then this appears. We just need to select the Driver, the controller, and the Driven, which is in this case the window, and the translation axe Y.


Aaaaand it is done!


The front and rear suspension is quite harder.
Go to Attribute Editor→RMB on the Rotate→Create New Expression...


Now we just write the expression, name it and it is done.






For the overall suspension I just used orient constraint and for the whole car move orient and point constraint. It's done, we just need to make the car idiot-proof by locking all the geometry and channels we won't be using, limit rotation/translation (in Attribute Editor) and make the controls colourful.
